I came across 5 Do-Anywhere Exercises to Burn 200 Calories in Under 3 Minutes by PopSugarFitness.

They recommend doing two and a half minutes of jumping jacks, mountain climbers, burpees, walking lunges, and running up and down stairs.

Since jumping jacks and running up and down stairs are the only exercises I recognize, I will definitely check out the tutorials they offer as well!
