Seems like cauliflower is the new soy! They have recipes to use this vegetable to make everything from pizza dough to mashed potatoes. I was in my favorite Facebook group, The F.I.T.ches, Inc. and came across this cauliflower rice recipe for a rice substitute. I am quite interested to see what any of these recipes taste like.
