Burn 1000 Calories in an Hour

So lets be for real! Workouts are not generally the most fun part of our days, but we have to get them in! Even if you do enjoy your workouts, we all tend to be very busy individuals, especially us moms! Now, these aren't the most fun exercises to me, but they can get you a pretty high calorie burn. Be mindful because how many calories YOU burn depends on your body weight, muscle mass, fitness level and other factors. So here is some info on how to get them calories burned, ya hear?




Try the elliptical with this interval routine!



Jumping rope is the aerobic equivalent of jogging! (They are cheap and travel well!)
Just jump slowly for 3 minutes, jump as fast as you can for 1 minute, rest for 30 seconds, jump as fast as you can for 1 minute, rest for 30 seconds, and work up to 15 minutes! Or try the video below.


If it is cold outside, try cross country skiing sometimes!
