How to Get Pretty, Soft, Summer Feet Naturally (with only four ingredients)

So today, I made my feet beautiful and soft using four ingredients: water, white vinegar, coconut oil and sugar. Here's how!

WASH YOUR FEET

VINEGAR AND WATER SOAK
I got a container large enough to hold my feet. I put a little vinegar at the bottom and filled the bucket with warm water and sat while I read my Bible. But in case you like a little more instructions than that, here is what I recommend: mix the vinegar and water with a 1:10 ratio for sensitive skin or a 1:8 ratio for regular skin. Soak for up to 45 minutes.

I read that marbles in the bottom of the container make for a nice foot massage.

SUGAR SCRUB (You can use Epsom salt as well)
I made a basic sugar scrub of about equal parts sugar and coconut oil. I chose to use coconut oil because of its anti-fungal and antimicrobial properties. It has actually been recommended as a replacement for commercial deodorants. This means that it can help with stinky feet too! (Even though that shouldn't be a problem for people with beautiful feet in sandal and flip flop weather!)

Another great oil for use in a sugar scrub is calendula oil. It is said to penetrate deeply help soften calluses and remove corns naturally.

To use the sugar scrub, you rub it around on your feet, exfoliating, getting rid of dead skin. Then rinse the sugar scrub off.

FINISH UP WITH LOTION
You can finish up by using lotion of some more of the coconut oil as a moisturizer.

SIT BACK AND ADMIRE YOUR BEAUTIFUL FEET
You should see clear toenails and feel softer feet.

PUT ON FLUFFY SOCKS TO LOCK IN MOISTURE
My Aunt Lee, who was a health nut and natural remedies queen born in the twenties, advocated for 100 percent cotton socks. (She also swore by using raw castor oil.)

WEAR SANDALS TOMORROW!
Even if you just pack a pair of flip flops in the car to wear into the grocery store tomorrow after work, show your feet off somewhere!
