Collard Green Salad

INGREDIENTS:
Salad dressing (vinegar based-- balsamic, italian, etc
Crasins
Collards (cut like cabbage in cole slaw)
Onions

DIRECTIONS:
Bring water to boil. Drop in greens and take them out quick. (Blanch them)

Put them in a bowl with craisins and onions.

Toss and serve.
